Fabric Lab Activation & Refund Policy (Elite Beta)

🧪 Lab Trial Activation During Free Trial

• When you enroll in the Elite Beta membership, your 7-day free trial begins immediately.
• During this period, we will attempt to provision your Fabric Lab environment using Microsoft’s 60-day Fabric Trial.
• If for any reason the Fabric trial cannot be activated, your subscription — whether monthly or yearly — will be cancelled automatically, and you will not be charged.

📆 What Happens After 60 Days?

• Fabric Labs are powered by Microsoft’s 60-day trial capacity, which expires after two months.
• If you’re on a monthly plan, lab access ends after 60 days as per our terms.
• If you’re on a yearly plan, and we are unable to provision a new Fabric trial after your initial 60-day lab access ends:
• You will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the yearly subscription.

📌 Key Points to Note:

• All lab environments are dependent on Microsoft’s free trial availability.
• If Microsoft discontinues or limits new trial creation, lab access may be affected.
• Refunds are only applicable to the Elite Beta yearly plan, and only post the initial 60-day lab period if lab access cannot continue.
